Presentations

Would you like to have a special topic presented to your team, staff, classroom, parent group, etc.? Illness and chronic disease can cost the country upwards of $16 billion each year. Most of these illnesses can be lessened and significantly improved through simple diet and lifestyle changes. But there's so much noise out there about what constitutes healthy eating, that it is confusing and frustrating.

Using evidence-based research and referenced claims, I can clear some of the confusion for you and your team. Walk away with simple hacks you can start today. And go home with a cheat sheet that lays out additional steps you can take to improve your health and well-being. My presentations can help your group make immediate changes that can improve the overall health of themselves and their families, leading to greater productivity and wellness.
